So bloody pissed off.
I was just thinking things will be okay for a while and there those women are again today. Not at my apartment building perhaps, but pretty darned right next to it!
I took some pictures and they fled. Tomorrow I am going threaten them with the police. I need suggestions on what more I can do.

Sheesh. Do you think they'll show up tomorrow, though? After the pictures?
What if all of you from the locality talk to the owner of that building?
Right now a petition's going out from all of us in my apartment complex. I am wondering what to do next to reinforce the petition.
